Wrestlers will learn the Morris Fitness System of Wrestling consisting of basic take downs and pinning combinations.
Created by NCAA All American Charlie Morris and used to lead his club team to multiple State and National Championships.

Practice Times: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Friday:

K-5: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM; 

Middle - High School: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Cost: 

K-5: $300 for the season

Middle - High School: $400 for the season
