Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Overview

By purchasing a subscription through Morris Fitness Wrestling, you agree to recurring billing based on the plan selected at checkout.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or as specified).
  • Billing is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • You will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

2. Customer Responsibility for Cancellation

Customers are fully responsible for managing and canceling their own subscriptions.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  • Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in the next scheduled charge being processed.

A step-by-step cancellation tutorial will be provided to assist you. 


3. No Refund Policy for Subscription Charges

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

Once a payment is processed, it will not be reversed.


4. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation is completed.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We may attempt to reprocess the payment automatically.
  • Access to your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

  • Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in:
    • Immediate termination of access
    • Restriction from future purchases

7. Account Access & Login Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and login credentials.

  • If you lose access, contact support prior to your billing date to avoid unwanted charges.
  • Inability to access your account does not waive billing responsibility.
